Let's get to it...

buckinghamshire broadband coverage: how far has it come?

According to ThinkBroadband’s local broadband coverage data, as of September 2025, over 74% of Buckinghamshire now has access to FTTP (Fibre to the Premises), with coverage continuing to grow rapidly across the county.

By February 2024, F&W Networks had passed over 410,000 premises across southern England, including areas in Buckinghamshire such as High Wycombe and Beaconsfield, nearly doubling their coverage compared to early 2023. Meanwhile, CityFibre was awarded a £58 million Project Gigabit contract in January 2024 to bring gigabit-capable full fibre broadband to over 34,000 premises in Buckinghamshire, bringing ultrafast, future-proof connectivity to many of the county’s hardest-to-reach communities.
