There isn’t one set amount of Switch Credit. How much you could receive depends on your circumstances and your new Fusion Fibre service.
The amount of Switch Credit you receive depends on the price of your new Fusion Fibre service and how much time is left on your contract with your current broadband provider.
The longer you have left on your existing broadband contract, the more Switch Credit you may be eligible for, up to the maximum amount available under your new Fusion Fibre agreement.
Switch Credit can be worth up to 50% of the total value of your new Fusion Fibre contract, helping towards the cost of switching while you’re still tied into another provider.
The amount you actually receive may be lower than this, depending on your individual circumstances.
Once we’ve reviewed and approved your claim, your Switch Credit will be added directly to your Fusion Fibre account.
Switch Credit isn’t paid to you as cash. Instead, it’s used towards the cost of your Fusion Fibre broadband service.
Your exact Switch Credit amount will be confirmed once your claim has been reviewed and approved.
